I -1O <br />BILL NO. 104 <br />AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 15-57, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR <br />THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, WITH RESPECT TO THE HOUSING FUND, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR <br />ENDING JUNE 30, 2016. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAPI: <br />SECTION 1.
