�Mtv,Q�N..y. <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> 44'os•M►.M <br /> BILL NO. 119 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY <br /> CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284. Schedule 32 <br /> (Two hour parking areas), subsection (f) Kona of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (1995 <br /> Edition) is amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "( ) West Hawai`i Civic Center public parking four rows of stalls west of <br /> Building G, two partial rows north of Building E, and four rows east of the <br /> parking structure, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) during the hours <br /> of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or as otherwise specified per facility." <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. <br /> In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be <br /> included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any <br /> person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br /> applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br /> application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
