BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that it finds <br /> the subject subdivision and improvements thereon are in full compliance with the provisions of <br /> Chapter 23 of the Hawai`i County Code as certified and approved by all applicable agencies. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, <br /> in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Section 23-10 of <br /> the Hawai`i County Code, that the County of Hawai`i accepts the dedication of Road Lots A-1 and <br /> B-1, containing an area of 9,018 square feet and 1.193 acres, respectively, identified as a portion of <br /> Tax Map Key: (3) 7-3-054:044, delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, including all improvements <br /> thereon, for public road and drainage purposes. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor <br /> William P.
