The Department of <br /> Water Supply has been responsible for the operation and maintenance of the tank site, <br /> and has requested ownership of this site in order to coordinate improvements to the water <br /> system in Namoku, Hamakua. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to transfer ownership of the <br /> parcel as described above, to the Department of Water Supply by way of sale at a cost of <br /> $1.00.
