MSY O/ N� <br />.. 6i <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 121 <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15-58, AS AMENDED, <br />RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2015 TO JUNE 30, 2016. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 15-58, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing <br />Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016, is hereby amended by establishing the <br />program appropriations listed on the attached Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from lapsed Fuel Tax Increase funds <br />which is in the following account of the Capital Projects Fund. <br />2271.34 Fuel Tax Increase 12-14 $ 2,070,063.90 <br />TOTAL: $ 2,070,063.90 <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect <br />other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision <br />or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />SECTION 4.
