Kenoi, dated December 15, 2015, submitting for the Council's <br />review and confirmation the above nomination. <br />ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS <br />BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br />Bill 116: AMENDS CHAPTER 25, ARTICLE 1, ARTICLE 2, AND ARTICLE 4 OF THE <br />HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br />AGRICULTURAL TOURISM <br />The bill would amend Sections 25-1-5(b), Definitions; 25-2-71(g), Applicability; and <br />25-2-75, Plan approval application requirements; as they pertain to Agricultural <br />Tourism.
