BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Office of Housing & Community Development currently has an existing FIS for 2015-2016 CIP for Micro <br /> Units. The Micro Units are to provide permanent, long term housing for the chronic homeless in Kailua- <br /> Kona. The original proposal did not take into consideration the environmental assessment, providing bedding <br /> inside the units, installing bathrooms and sinks and other necessary items to complete the entire project. <br /> This additional request is to ensure the project gets completed and executed. <br /> SIGNED: 4111,0.
