No. 610 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:58 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 610, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 610, submitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi dated December 15, 2015, nominates <br /> Theresa K. Donham of Council District 5 to the Cultural Resources Commission for a term to expire <br /> December 31, 2020. <br /> Charmaine Shigemura, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kenoi, introduced Ms. Donham, who expressed <br /> her willingness to help the commission. Mr. Paleka, Ms. David, Mr. Kanuha, Ms. Eoff, and Mr. Ilagan <br /> all spoke in favor of Ms. Donham and her contributions as an archaeologist to the commission. <br /> Ms. Donham was informed that she is not required to be present for Council confirmation. <br /> Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Communication No. 610, and <br /> recommends confirmation of the appointment of Theresa K.
