Kenoi dated January 4, 2016, nominates Julia <br /> Ann Alos to the South Kohala Community Development Plan Action Committee for a four-year term. <br /> Ms. Alos was introduced by Char Shigemura, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kenoi. Speaking by <br /> videoconference from Waimea, Ms. Alos said she is looking forward to working for the benefit of the <br /> South Kohala area.
