Kenoi dated January 8, 2016, nominates <br /> Charles R. Cartwright to the Kailua Village Design Commission to serve the remainder of a three-year <br /> term to expire on December 31, 2017. <br /> Mr. Cartwright was introduced by Char Shigemura, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kenoi. <br /> Mr. Cartwright expressed appreciation for the nomination. <br /> Mr. Kanuha stated he fully supports the nomination. Ms. Eoff said Mr. Cartwright's experience will be a <br /> big help. <br /> Mr. Cartwright was informed that he is not required to be present for Council confirmation. <br /> Your Committee on Planning is in accord with the purpose and intent of Communication No. 636, and <br /> recommends confirmation of the appointment of Charles R.
