Kenoi via Communication No. 615 dated November 23, <br /> 2015, amends Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the <br /> Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition) by changing the district classification from Agricultural- <br /> Three Acres (A-3a) to Residential and Agricultural-One Acre (RA-la) at Pana`ewa House Lots, South <br /> Hilo, Hawaii, covered by Tax Map Key: 2-2-052:027. The applicant is Brad McClary, and the subject <br /> parcel covers 2.73 acres.
