EMC -10 BILLS FOR ORDINANCES February 16, 2016 Bill 140: AMENDS CHAPTER 20, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), BY ADDING A NEW ARTICLE RELATING TO REDUCTION OF POLYSTYRENE FOAM "STYROFOAM" FOOD CONTAINERS AND FOOD SERVICE WARE Prohibits the sale, disbursement, and use of polystyrene foam containers and food service ware by a food provider or vendor to customers effective January 1, 2018.
