Kenoi dated January 11, 2016, <br /> nominates Mr. Richard H. Bennett to the Environmental Management Commission to fill a <br /> vacant term to expire December 31, 2019. <br /> Charmaine Shigemura, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kenoi, introduced Mr. Bennett, who <br /> attended this meeting via video-conference from the Kona Council Chambers at the West <br /> Hawai`i Civic Center. Mr. Bennett said he looks forward in bringing his expertise and <br /> experience to the issues of protecting our environment and is honored to contribute to our <br /> community.
