COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 5 <br />ORDINANCE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-2 (NORTH AND SOUTH KONA DISTRICT <br />ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY <br />CODE, BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM AGRICULTURAL <br />(A -20a) TO AGRICULTURAL (A -5a) AT KALOKO, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED <br />BY TAX MAP KEY 7-3-26:4. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-2, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br />Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br />follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Kaloko, North Kona, <br />Hawaii, shall be Agricultural (A -5a): <br />Beginning at the Southeasterly comer of this parcel of land, being also the <br />Southwesterly corner of Lot 9 of this subdivision and being the Northeasterly comer of <br />Lot 11 of Block 7 of Kaloko Mauka Subdivision, Increment 3 (File Plan 1432), the <br />coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation <br />Station "MOANUTAHEA" being 12,614.67 feet South and 3,942.67 feet East and <br />conning by azimuths measured clockwise from True South: <br />450 00' 923.58 feet along Lot 11 of Block 7 of Kaloko <br />Mauka Subdivision, Increment 3 (File <br />Plan 1432) and along the remainder of Royal <br />Patent 8214, Land Commission <br />Award 7715, Apana 11 to Lots <br />Kamehameha to a point; <br />2. 135° 00' 910.00 feet along the Northeasterly side of Hao <br />Street to a point; <br />
