Horton—Schuler Homes, LLC <br /> (Final Subdivision Approval No. SUB 05-000084) <br /> Proposed Dedication of Roadway Lots (Lot A, Lot B, Lot C, Lot D, Lot E) <br /> TMK: (3)7-5-041:112 thru 115; (3)7-5-043:164; Pualani Estates Subdivision Phase <br /> Ill, Puapuaaiki 1st and Puapuaanui 1st, North Kona, Hawaii <br /> We are in receipt of a copy of the draft dedication deed for the dedication of Roadway Lots A, B, C, D, and <br /> E. Please note that these roadway parcels are located within the Pualani Estates Subdivision. In addition, <br /> these lots have been assigned separate tax map key numbers. Street names for the subject roadways <br /> have been approved. <br /> We have no objections to the execution of the dedication deed provided that all roadway and water system <br /> improvements are constructed in accordance with the approved subdivision construction drawings. We <br /> believe that this work has already been completed, but should be confirmed with the Department of Public <br /> Works. Final Subdivision Approval for this particular subdivision was issued by this office on January 12, <br /> 2007. <br />
