The reimbursements are <br /> for overtime incurred by officers working with the United States Marshal Service under <br /> the Hawai`i Fugitive Task Force Initiative. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution to authorize the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the <br /> United States Marshal Service for this grant. Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance <br /> amending the Operating Budget by appropriating $11,095.40 for this grant. <br /> The Police Department requests that this bill be waived from the Finance Committee and <br /> be placed on the March 16, 2016 Council Agenda in order to expedite the receipt of these <br /> funds.
