The property is located at 16-685 Milo Street, which is on the south side of <br /> Milo Street approximately 400 feet east of the Kea'au Bypass Road and Milo Street intersection, <br /> Kea'au, Puna, Hawai`i. <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> State Land Use Boundary Amendment <br /> The approval of the reclassification from the State Land Use Agricultural to <br /> the Urban District for approximately 2.082 acres will not be in violation of Section <br /> 205-2, Chapter 205, Hawaii Revised Statutes, nor will it be inconsistent with the <br /> Hawai`i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer <br />
