Additional Comments about Grant: The award letter states FY 16 and FY17, but the time frame is actually <br /> 4/2016 thru 9/2016 and 10//2016 thru 9/2017. We await responses from the state on how 10/1/2017 <br /> thru 9/30/2018 will be handled. They actually wrote the RFP using Federal FY and then awarded <br /> Regular FY. We are still getting clarification so that we know if we will be providing services that last <br /> 12 months of the 2.5 years. <br /> B-52 Grant Summary Form <br />
