These funds will be used to purchase and install two solar flashing smart signs <br /> designated for use on Ainaloa Boulevard. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this <br /> $20,000 to the Department of Public Works, Traffic Division's Signs and Markings OCE <br /> account within the Highway Fund. <br /> The Department of Public Works is requesting that this bill be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the April 6, 2016 Council Agenda.
