Also enclosed is a bill for an ordinance <br /> amending the Operating Budget by appropriating this $200,000 Abandoned Motor <br /> Vehicle Tires grant. <br /> The Department of Environmental Management requests that this bill and resolution be <br /> waived from the Finance Committee and be placed on the April 6, 2016 Council Agenda <br /> in order to conclude this transaction during the current fiscal year.
