This additional <br /> appropriation will be funded by general obligation bonds and/or other sources. <br /> The Department of Parks and Recreation is requesting to waive the Finance Committee <br /> and have this bill placed on the April 6, 2016 Council Agenda in order to expedite <br /> various projects.
