Kenoi, via Communication No. 728 dated <br /> February 24, 2016, amends Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 <br /> (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition) by changing the district classification <br /> from Agricultural - Three Acres (A-3a)to Residential and Agricultural - One Acre (RA-1a) at Pana`ewa <br /> House Lots, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map Key: 2-2-051:003. The applicant is <br /> Watanabe Family Trust, and the subject parcel covers approximately 2.73 acres. The applicant proposes <br /> to subdivide the property into two lots for family estate planning purposes. <br /> The Windward Planning Commission, at its duly held public hearing on February 4, 2016, voted to <br /> recommend approval of this item. <br /> The applicant attended the meeting from Hilo by videoconference.
