Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Pana`ewa House Lots, <br />South Hilo, Hawaii, shall be Residential and Agricultural — One Acrc (RA -la): <br />Beginning at a I -inch pipe at the northwest corner of this lot, the northeast comer <br />of Lot 39 of Pana`ewa I louse Lots and on the south side of Government Road (50.00 feet <br />wide), the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey <br />Triangulation Station "IfALA`I' being 16907.75 feet south and 12998.37 feet east, as <br />shown on Government Survey Registered Map H.T.S. Plat 922, thence running by <br />azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br />251' 00' 221.24 feet along the South side of Government <br />Road (50.00 feet wide) to a 1 -inch pipe; <br />
