Kenoi via Communication No. 748 dated March 2, 2016, <br /> amends Ordinance No. 99-36, which reclassified lands from Agricultural-Five Acres (A-5a) to Family <br /> Agricultural-One Acre (FA-la) at Kealakehe Homesteads, 1St Series, Kealakehe,North Kona, Hawai`i, <br /> covered by Tax Map Key: 7-4-004:003. The applicant is the Kenneth K. Leong Trust, and the subject <br /> parcel covers 4.201 acres. The applicant requests an amendment to Condition C of Change of Zone <br /> Ordinance No. 99-36, which required Final Subdivision Approval to be secured by March 15, 2004.
