BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Concurrent resolution is in process to request funding from Clerk Council Services-Contingency Relief funds <br /> from Council District 7 to the Office of Housing and Community Development to provide a pass-through grant <br /> to Catholic Charities of Hawai'i for its Emergency Gap Assistance Program. <br /> We are requesting these funds to be appropriated in the Housing Fund. <br /> Since there is a concurrent resolution to request funding transfer to the Office of Housing Fund, the OHCD <br /> would like to request a waiver from the Finance Committee and have this bill heard at the Council Meeting <br /> scheduled for April 19, 2016. <br /> SIGNED: C • DATE�z 1 I <br /> :.artment Head f <br />
