I reside at 13-1276 Leilani Avenue and I <br /> work in Lani Puna Gardens a few hundred feet from the fence line <br /> of Puna Geothermal Venture. <br /> I was elected to serve, by the people of Puna, as a representative <br /> on the Geothermal Asset Fund Rules Committee. We were charged with <br /> the responsibility of promulgating, with Planning Department of <br /> the County of Hawaii, rules for the administration of the <br /> Geothermal Fund mandated by condition 51 of the Geothermal <br /> Resource Permit (GRP 87-1), approved by the County of Hawaii.
