These facilities will be owned by the County, with operation and maintenance <br /> performed by an external contractor, and are expected to divert a significant amount of material <br /> from the SHSL and WHSL sites. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled"Organics Processing Facilities," and to <br /> appropriate $10,500,000 to the Capital Budget. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact Robin Bauman of the Department of <br /> Environmental Management at 961-8179. <br /> Deanna S.
