No. 868 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 1:04 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 868,reports as follows: <br /> Communication 868,transmitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated April 7, 2016, requests favorable <br /> recommendation of the nomination of Ms. Grace Reinhard to the Hawai`i County Tax Board of Review. <br /> Ms. Reinhard has resided in Hawai`i for three years and is currently self-employed as a Real Estate Agent <br /> with Big Island Land Co., Ltd. <br /> Executive Assistant Charmaine Shigemura came forward to introduce Nominee Reinhard and requested <br /> Council's favorable action of this appointment. If confirmed, Ms. Reinhard will fill a vacant term that <br /> will expire on December 31, 2020.
