(A) the petitioner, successors or its assigns shall be responsible for complying with all of <br /> the stated conditions of approval; <br /> (B)the area be zoned in two increments. Final subdivision plans for the first increment shall be <br /> submitted within one year from the effective date of tentative subdivision approval; <br /> 2 <br />
