Kenoi via Communication No. 888 dated May 6, 2016, <br /> amends Ordinance No. 03-115, which reclassified lands from Multiple Family Residential— 1,000 <br /> Square Feet(RM-1)to Village Commercial—7,500 Square Feet(CV-7.5) at Honua`ula,North Kona, <br /> Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map Key: 7-5-022:040. The applicant is Tante Urban, and the subject parcel <br /> covers 7,500 square feet. The applicant intends to construct a six-unit, multiple-family apartment <br /> building with commercial kitchen on ground floor. <br /> The Leeward Planning Commission, at its duly held public hearing on April 21, 2016, recommended <br /> approval of this item. <br /> The applicant attended by videoconference from Kona, where he stated during public testimony <br /> he would be present to answer questions, should Your Committee have any.
