COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 214 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br /> ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION), BY CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM <br /> AGRICULTURAL—THREE ACRES (A-3a) TO FAMILY AGRICULTURAL—ONE ACRE <br /> (FA-la) AT WAIAKEA HOMESTEADS 2ND, WAIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, HAWAI`I, <br /> COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 2-4-034:044. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i <br /> County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br /> described hereinafter as follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea Homesteads <br /> rd, Waiakea, Hawai`i, shall be Family Agricultural—One Acre(FA-1a): <br /> Beginning at a point at the Northeasterly corner of this parcel of land,being also <br /> the North-Easterly corner of a Lot 4, Waiakea Acres—Acres II, and on the Southwesterly <br /> side of Ho`ohoaloha Street,the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to <br /> Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALA`I" being 20,077.77 feet South and <br /> 3,537.97 feet West and thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from True <br /> South: <br /> 1. 85° 40' 82.69 feet along Lot 4, Waiakea Acres— <br /> Acres II; thence along Lot 4, <br /> Waiakea Acres—Acres II, along a <br /> curve to the left having a radius of <br /> 80.00 feet, the chord azimuths and <br /> distance being; <br /> 2. 60° 50' 67.20 feet; <br /> -1- <br />
