<br />PSMTC-12 August 16, 2016 <br /> <br /> <br />ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br /> <br />Bill 229: AMENDS CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 18-90 OF THE HAWAI‘I <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO <br />HELE-ON BUS FARES <br />Adds a one-way fare of $4.00 for the Hele-On Kākoʻo Paratransit system, which <br />provides transportation services to persons eligible through the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act. <br /> <br /> Reference: Comm. 985 <br /> Intr. by: Mr. Paleka (B/R) <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Note: B/R, when listed next to the name of an Introducer, signifies that the Council Member has <br />agreed to introduce legislation “By Request” on behalf of the requesting party.
