COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. <br />ORDINANCE NO.� 85 <br />215 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 06 114, WHICH RECLASSIFIED LANDS <br />FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL -10,000 SQUARE FEET (RS -10) TO GENERAL <br />COMMERCIAL — 20,000 SQUARE FEET (CG -20) AT WAIAKEA HOUSE LOTS, HAWAII, <br />COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY: 2-2-034:066, 078 AND 079. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 06 114 is amended as follows: <br />"SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), is amended to change the district classification of property <br />described hereinafter as follows: <br />PARCEL "A": <br />The district classification of the following area situated at [Waiakea Houselets] <br />Waiakea House Lots, Hawaii, shall be General Commercial — 20,000 square feet (CG -20): <br />PARCEL "B" <br />The district classification of the following area situated at [Waiakea Heuselets] <br />Waiakea House Lots, Hawaii, shall be General Commercial — 20,000 square feet (CG -20): <br />PARCEL "C" <br />The district classification of the following area situated at [ ] <br />Waiakea House Lots, Hawaii, shall be General Commercial — 20,000 square feet (CG -20): <br />SECTION 2.
