If required by the Director of the Department of Environmental Management, the <br />applicant shall conduct a sewer study in accordance with the then applicable <br />wastewater system design standards prior to approval to connect to the County <br />sewer system. Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy, the applicant <br />shall provide such sewer line or other facility improvements as the Director of the <br />Department of Environmental Management may reasonably require, which the <br />sewer study may indicate are advisable for mitigation of impacts of the <br />development. <br />me <br />
