They are requesting to use fair share funds for the planning and design for a <br /> new, major collector road (Ane Keohokalole Highway) running parallel to the Queen <br /> Ka'ahumanu Highway, from Hina-Lani Drive to Kaiminani Drive. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to add the project titled"Ane Keohokalole Highway— <br /> Hinalani Drive to Kaiminani—Fair Share" and to appropriate $84,256 to the Capital <br /> Budget for this project. <br /> The Department of Public Works is requesting this bill to be waived from the Finance <br /> Committee and be placed on the October 5, 2016 Council Agenda.
