PSMTC-15 October 4,2016 <br /> ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS <br /> BILLS FOR ORDINANCES <br /> Bill 241: RENUMBERS CHAPTER 26 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br /> (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED) RELATING TO THE HAWAII STATE FIRE <br /> CODE, REPEALS CHAPTER 14, ARTICLE 5, AND ADDS AN AMENDED <br /> VERSION OF THIS ARTICLE, RELATING TO FIREWORKS, INTO CHAPTER 26 <br /> Updates the fireworks section of the County Code to be consistent with the Hawaii <br /> Revised Statutes. <br /> Reference: Comm. 1061 <br /> Intr. by: Mr. Onishi <br /> and <br /> Comm. 1061.1: From Council Member Dennis "Fresh" Onishi, dated September 14, 2016, <br /> transmitting an annotated version of Bill 241 to illustrate proposed changes to the <br /> existing fireworks regulations. <br /> ADJOURNMENT <br /> Note: B/R, when listed next to the name of an Introducer, signifies that the Council Member has <br /> agreed to introduce legislation `By Request" on behalf of the requesting party.
