BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> 1 - Boom Truck to South Hilo Roads to replace CH1877 <br /> 1 - Boom Truck to Puna Roads to replace CH1907 <br /> These trucks will help to alleviate equipment repair and parts cost spent on older equipment that breaks <br /> down.
