No. 1100, <br /> reports follows: <br /> Communication 1100, transmitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated September 29, 2016, <br /> requests review and favorable recommendation of the nomination of Mr. Richard (Rick) Vidgen <br /> of Council District 7, to the Environmental Management Commission. <br /> Mr. T. Ilihia Gionson, Executive Assistant to Mayor Kenoi,he provided background <br /> information, expressed the Mayors support, and requested Council's favorable action of this <br /> appointment. <br /> Mr. Vidgen is a 33-year resident of Hawai`i and is employed by Clark Realty as a realtor. <br /> Mr. Vidgen is a member of the Kailua-Kona Chamber of Commerce, Kona Hospital Board and <br /> the Board of Hawai`i Island Realtors.
