The actual <br /> revenue realized for Fuel Tax Increase was $3,420,565.72, exceeding the budgeted <br /> amount by $220,565.72. Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance to appropriate these excess <br /> revenues to the Capital Projects Fund in order to be expended by the Department of <br /> Public Works. <br /> The Department of Public Works is requesting that this resolution be waived from the <br /> Finance Committee and be placed on the November 16, 2016 Council agenda.
