No. 1129/Res. 697-16 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 4:55 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 697-16, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution 697-16, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 1129 <br /> dated October 14, 2016, authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one <br /> fiscal year for a multi-year agreement for three mini excavators. <br /> This resolution authorizes a five-year lease agreement, which would increase availability of equipment <br /> in different districts.
