No. 1131/Res. 699-16 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 4:55 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 699-16, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution 699-16, transmitted by Finance Director Deanna S. Sako, via Communication No. 1131 <br /> dated October 14, 2016 authorizes the payment of funds of a later fiscal year and of more than one fiscal <br /> year for a multi-year agreement for two tractor mowers with side sickle bars. <br /> This resolution authorizes a five-year lease agreement, which would alleviate equipment and repair and <br /> associated costs on older equipment.
