The purpose of this amendment is to update the Hawai`i County Code to <br /> match existing field conditions. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-286, Schedule 34, No <br /> stopping, standing or parking areas, subsection (c), South Hilo, item (2) be revised as follows: <br /> (2) Waianuenue Avenue, ['bo es]northwest (Hamakua) side, from [a <br /> point two hundred forty feet makai of Laimana Street to Punawai <br /> Street]Komohana Street to a point five hundred eighty-two feet <br /> northeast of Laimana Street between the hours of 7:15 a.m. and 8:00 <br /> a.m. on school days. <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-286, Schedule 34, No <br /> stopping, standing or parking areas, subsection (c), South Hilo, be amended by adding the <br /> following item and renumbering appropriately: <br /> ( ) Waianuenue Avenue, southeast (Puna) side, from Komohana Street <br /> to a point five hundred sixty-eight feet northeast of Laimana Street <br /> between the hours of 7:15 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on school days. <br /> SECTION 4. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br /> underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material and <br /> underscoring need not be included. <br />
