Traffic Code Amendments —Waianuenue Avenue cont'd <br /> The intent of these amendments is to update Section 24-286 of the Hawaii County <br /> Code to better address current field conditions. This update would revise an existing <br /> "No stopping, standing or parking" area and provide two "No stopping, standing or <br /> parking" zones in and around the area of Hilo Intermediate School and Hilo High <br /> School.
