New entrance to Waikoloa Beach Resort, at the intersection of Waikoloa Beach Drive and Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway, Hawai'i , 96738 TMK Number (3) 6-09-008:030 (Zoned "0" Open District) Pursuant to Hawai'i County Code (HCC) Sec. 3-22(a), I am forwarding Waikoloa Development Co.'s drawings and application for a sign variance. The owner of the property is Waikoloa Development Co., and the sign owner is Waikoloa Development Co. The applicant representative is Sidney M. Fuke, whose phone number is (808) 989-0640. The applicant is requesting a sign variance for one ground sign. The proposed ground sign, as depicted in the attached drawings, is located at the new entrance to Waikoloa Beach Resort, at the intersection of Waikoloa Beach Drive and Queen Ka'ahumanu Highway, and is thirty-six (36) square feet in area.
