Kenoi via Communication No. 1154 dated October 24, <br /> 2016, amends Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the <br /> Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition), by changing the District Classification from Single Family <br /> Residential— 10,000 Square Feet (RS-10) to Neighborhood Commercial— 10,000 Square Feet (CN-10) <br /> at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawai`i, covered by Tax Map Key: 2-2-040:004. The applicants are Robert S. <br /> Oshiro and Carol Oshiro, and the subject parcel covers 1 acre. The applicants are seeking a change of <br /> zone to allow the construction of a new 2,280 square foot restaurant where the applicants' son, a chef, <br /> will be able to operate his own restaurant.
