Kenoi via Communication No. 1155 dated October 24, <br /> 2016, amends Section 25-8-33 (City of Hilo Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the <br /> Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition) by changing the district classification from Single Family <br /> Residential— 10,000 Square Feet (RS-10)to Neighborhood Commercial— 10,000 Square Feet (CN-10) <br /> at Waiakea Homesteads House Lots, Waiakea, Hawaii, covered by Tax Map Key: 2-2-040:108. The <br /> applicant is Kristen Mahnke, and the subject parcel covers approximately 16,315 square feet. The <br /> applicant intends to develop an approximately 3,000 square foot single-story office building for either <br /> rental or personal use. <br /> The Windward Planning Commission, at its duly held public hearing on October 6, 2016, concurred <br /> with the Planning Director's favorable recommendation. <br /> Mr. Onishi voiced his support of this rezoning, which is in his district.
