The interim access road will need to be subject to the <br /> requirements of Public Works & Fire . <br /> 2 . There needs to be a secondary access in the event of <br /> emergency evacuation. The secondary access maybe a gravel <br /> road & gated access . <br /> 3 . Centrally located community centers that are reasonably <br /> accessible for all tenants . <br /> 4 .
