Ordinance No. 16-73, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and Financing <br /> Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, is hereby amended by establishing the <br /> program appropriations listed on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from lapsed Fuel Tax Increase funds <br /> which is in the following account of the Capital Projects Fund. <br /> 2271.33 Fuel Tax Increase 10-12 $804,511.87 <br /> TOTAL: $804,511.87 <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect <br /> other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision <br /> or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
