Ordinance No. 16-73, as amended, Relating to Public <br /> Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2016 to June 30, 2017, <br /> is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: <br /> PROGRAM AMOUNT <br /> TEA-21 PROJECTS (FEDERAL AID) $108,311.10 <br /> LOCAL ROAD IMPROVEMENTS 108,311.10 <br /> TOTAL $216,622.20 <br /> Allotments from these program appropriations shall be made to be specific projects listed <br /> on the attached Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from fuel tax revenues, <br /> in excess of what was)projected in Ordinance No. 15-23. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance is held invalid, such invalidity shall <br /> not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect <br /> without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
