J��v.us N�Y <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 57 17 <br /> A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br /> AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A <br /> DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT FOR THE 2017 OUTSTANDING OLDER <br /> AMERICANS AWARD LUNCHEON. <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of Aging represents the County of Hawai`i in the planning, <br /> coordination, advocacy, and administration of programs that enable older people to live <br /> independently and with dignity; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Outstanding Older Americans Award Luncheon is an annual event <br /> sponsored by the Office of Aging, which honors older adults who contribute and make a <br /> difference in their communities; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Office of Aging is requesting funds for expenses related to the 2017 <br /> Outstanding Older Americans Award Luncheon, which includes the seniors' lunches, bus <br /> transportation, and awards; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that <br /> Contingency Relief funds from Council District 7 will be appropriated to the Office of Aging to <br /> provide financial assistance for the 2017 Outstanding Older Americans Award Luncheon. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the County of Hawai`i hereby <br /> transfers/appropriates the following amount as set forth below: <br /> FUND: General <br /> AMOUNT OF <br /> APPROPRIATION: $2,000 <br /> OUT AND FROM: <br /> 010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC—Contingency Relief $2,000 <br /> CREDITED TO: <br /> 010.411.5411.02 Office of Aging $2,000 <br /> Office of Aging OCE <br /> 341 Misc.
